KOSHER Certification Argentina For more than 15 years, as part of its mission to help the food industry comply with kosher dietary laws, IAS has been certifying a wide variety of products in South America by granting kosher certification. Kosher food is produced only under strict supervision and it should be remembered that in addition to following traditional rules and laws, additional requirements must be adhered to in order to comply with the rules and laws of each specific Jewish community or sect. However, all kosher foods are produced under the strictest environmental and quality controls.
